Yesterday, the newspaper published an article about the hot realty spots in Toronto, and The Junction/High Park area, aka W02, was listed as Hot!
What does that mean?
Homes within this area (which includes The Junction, Junction Triangle, and Corso Italia, just to name a few) are high in demand, and on average, sell faster than other areas of the city. We're tied with The Beach, at 36 days, which is more than half the amount that other areas take to sell.
Not too shabby!
Same thing happened to Parkdale 15 years ago- great if you're a homeowner who bought before the rush. Not so great for the renters tho.
